Although GORUCK's padded shoulder straps are designed to go the distance, a Padded Hip Belt will come in handy when you decide to load up your ruck with some serious weight. Made of nearly unbreakable 1000D and 210D HT (High Tenacity) CORDURA®, this hip belt redistributes the weight from your shoulders to your hips and stabilizes your pack in the center of your back in the process. The 210D HT CORDURA® is a less abrasive material, so no need to worry about your clothing being devoured. Keep it in reserve and attach it when you want by securing it at the MOLLE® webbing rows on the sides of your ruck. Clip in via the 2" military-grade buckle—and you and your pack are now one.
