Gaupe Scandinavian Carving Knife

**Artisanal carving knife from third-generation Norwegian knifemakers**

Helle Knives is the brainchild of two Norwegian brothers. Born in a small town workshop on the Norwegian fjords way back in 1932, Helle combines multi-generational bladesmithing expertise with a desire to bring Norwegian craftsmanship to the world stage. Now run by the founders’ grandsons, Helle continues to craft handsome, high-quality knives in their hometown—just the way they used to.
