Curved Ruck Plates 9.25 lbs - Set of 2

**Ergonomic rucking weights designed for maximum performance**

GORUCK engineered these Curved Ruck Plates to solve the primary issue with traditional weight vests: restricted breathing. Unlike flat, rigid plates, these are contoured to follow the natural lines of the human body and feature a unique center cutout that relieves pressure from the diaphragm. Crafted from high-quality cast iron with a protective powder coating, they offer a durable, ergonomic way to increase your training intensity while maintaining a full range of motion for dynamic movements.
