**Tough, lightweight axe forged in one piece from U.S. steel**
The trusty axe has been around for millenia—early humans were using them over 8,000 years ago to fell trees, shape and split wood, and as an all-around useful tool for the outdoors. And while the general concept hasn't changed (handle on one side, sharpened head on the other) the design has been perfected over the years by folks like Estwing. Forged in one piece out of U.S. steel with a durable finish and a sharp gut hook for field dressing, this Camper's Axe is the ideal tool for the avid sportsman.
