Each herb, spice, and vegetable is thoughtfully selected to maximize flavor and create a dish to remember. So that’s why we’re excited Los Poblanos supplied us with some of their go-to spices and essential ingredients that you can normally only find on their seasonal menus. This Herb Trio includes:

- Herbs de Poblanos: classic blend of lavender, thyme, rosemary, savory, tarragon, oregano, and bay leaf
- Chile Rojo: New Mexican red chile flakes and powder, ancho, pasilla negro, coriander, onion, mulato, lime (pairs great with an olive oil of your choosing)
- The Classic: New Mexican red chile flakes, thyme, rosemary, basil, oregano, parsley, garlic (pairs great with an olive oil of your choosing)
