*CLASSIC RECIPE NO. 1 - THE GIN AND TONIC*

The gin and tonic is often called, the quintessential English spirit; the history regarding the simple cocktail underlines the English connection to the many places and people who once and still do belong to the Union Jack. A delightfully refreshing and simple libation, it is best had after a long workday in midsummer.

RECIPE:

- 2 oz Gin

- 5 oz Tonic Water

- Garnish with a Lime or Lemon Twist

Combine all the ingredients into a highball glass along with a couple ice cubes. Stir well and then garnish with the lime or lemon twist.
